Who I am

I’m Rafaela (Raf) Razonable, a Business Systems Strategist based in the Philippines. I’m responsible for the information described here. You can contact me about privacy at marafaelarazonable@gmail.com.

What I collect, and why

When you send a message through the contact form

Your name, email address, the topic you choose, and anything else you choose to add: your website or booking page, type of business, where you’re based, and your message. I use this only to reply to you and to discuss working together. The form is delivered to me by my website host, Netlify, which stores the submission and emails it to me.

When you take the Business Systems Clarity Assessment

Your answers are scored in your browser and are not sent to me. Result emails aren’t switched on yet: your result is shown on the page, and the email address you enter isn’t sent or stored. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Please don’t share health information

I don’t provide clinical advice. Please don’t include patient names or health information in the contact form or in emails to me.

What the website doesn’t do

The website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and it doesn’t track you across other websites. When you move from the assessment to the contact form, your details are passed between the two pages using your browser’s temporary session storage. They stay on your device and are cleared as soon as the contact form is filled in.

Services that help run the website

• Netlify hosts the website and receives contact form messages. Like any web host, it processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
• Google Fonts supplies the website’s typefaces, so your browser connects to Google’s servers to load them.

These providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union.

How long I keep it

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and any work that follows, and no longer than two years after our last contact.

Your rights

You can ask me to tell you what information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email marafaelarazonable@gmail.com and I’ll reply within 30 days.

If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission in the Philippines, or to the data protection authority where you live (for example, the ICO in the UK).

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
